Ordnance Pamphlet 757 contains the official range tables for the 16-inch/45 caliber gun, Mark VI, as issued by the Bureau of Ordnance in October 1940. The document covers the 2700-pound projectile fired at an initial velocity of 2,300 feet per second. It includes front matter, distribution lists, ballistic data, and the full firing tables across all elevation angles. The 16″/45 gun was the main battery armament of the Colorado and Maryland classes of battleships. For the later 16″/50 caliber gun (Iowa class), see OP 770 — Range Tables for the 16″/50 Gun (October 1941).
