Ordnance Pamphlet 1112 (Second Revision) is a reference book that makes readily accessible the most frequently required data concerning the various types of gun mounts and turrets in general use on combatant and merchant ships. Each catalog sheet gives the mount or turret’s working dimensions, clearances, elevation and depression limits, weights, and component Marks and Mods, illustrated with plan and profile line drawings. The catalog spans every U.S. Naval gun caliber fielded in World War II — from the 20-mm single mount through 16-inch battleship turrets — with individual data sheets for each Mark and Mod in service as of the Table of Contents date, 15 January 1945 .Gene had some of these pages and the rest courtesy of maritime.org.
